I've signed up for an online one-on-one. Now what?
Make sure the room you are in has good lighting, front lit is best. Try to wear clothing that contrasts with the color of your mat, so I can see you best. Gather any small equipment you have laying around your house (balls, bands, rollers, etc.) Make sure your computer is set up, so I can see your full body, an angle from slightly above would be ideal. Use a computer with microphone and camera if possible and plan to keep it plugged into the wall charger during our session or have a charger nearby. Also, be sure to switch your screen saver to time out after one hour or turn it off completely, so it doesn't interrupt your session.

What should I wear?
Come to your Pilates session dressed in whatever you are most comfortable in. Slim fitting exercise pants or leggings and a slim fitting top are ideal. Please no belt buckles, zippers, or jewelry, strong perfume and makeups that could damage the equipment. Besides your workout clothes, all you need is yourself and your willingness to learn and have fun! Bring a water bottle and maybe grip socks.
