  • Do I need an intro session before classes?

    We strongly recommend an intro or private session if you’re new to Pilates or returning after injury.

  • Do you offer online or virtual sessions?

    Yes. We offer virtual 1-on-1 sessions with live coaching.

  • How do I book a class or session?

    All bookings are handled through Walla. You can book, reschedule, or cancel directly from your account.

  • How do I cancel or reschedule?

    Cancellations must be made within the posted cancellation window to avoid losing the credit. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will result in a full class fee or a deduction from your package.

  • What happens if I’m late?

    We understand life happens and schedules get busy. If you’re running a few minutes late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you. That said, sessions still end at their scheduled time, and late arrivals may limit what we can safely cover.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    We accept card payments through Walla. All purchases are handled digitally.

  • Do packages expire?

    Yes. Class and session packages expire 3 months from purchase unless otherwise stated.

  • Do you offer memberships?

    Memberships and packages may be available depending on current offerings.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Late cancellations and no-shows may result in loss of the session credit.

  • Can I freeze or extend a package?

    Packages are generally non-extendable. Exceptions may be considered for medical reasons.

    All purchases are non-refundable.

  • What should I wear?

    • Comfortable, fitted athletic clothing that allows movement.
    • Avoid clothing with zippers or sharp hardware that could damage equipment.
  • Do I need grip socks?

    Grip socks are recommended and may be required for some equipment sessions.
